  • Conducted deep assessment of the global Embedded Finance and BaaS market, validating the opportunity for a modular platform that acts as a bridge between banks and digital businesses, streamlining customer onboarding, card issuance and payments. 
  • Analyzed the roles of traditional banks (licensing, infrastructure) vs digital businesses (reach, agility) to position the client as the neutral orchestration layer with compliance frameworks and faster time-to-market. 
  • Defined the investment opportunity by quantifying the market size, highlighting global trends like the rise of BNPL and Open Banking and showcasing existing success stories to demonstrate growth and user activity. 

2) Stakeholder-Specific Value Proposition Mapping

  • For Banking Partners: Positioned the platform as a low-risk growth engine enabling new revenue streams, reduced operational and compliance burden through pre-integrated frameworks, and rapid experimentation with digital financial products via API collaboration.
  • For Distribution / Digital Partners: Highlighted the ability to rapidly launch embedded finance offerings using white-label applications, leverage a modular product mix (Cards, Wallets, BNPL, Payments), and enter financial services with lower cost and execution risk.
